Brooke’s old fashioned almond toffee begins by stirring our buttery mixture, combined with almonds in copper kettles. Our toffee is cooked until the almonds are roasted to perfection. Then we enrobe each piece in smooth Belgian milk chocolate and top with roasted almonds and more milk chocolate. Brooke’s Almond Toffee was featured in the Grammy Gift Bags for the stars to enjoy. When you get our toffee you eat like a star!
